What We Do

We offer landlords guaranteed rent on long term contracts of up to five years. No voids, no hidden fees.
We take on the management of the property, implement cosmetic enhancements, and fully furnish the property to attract high-calibre tenants. Giving you more time to relax, with the knowledge that your asset is in safe hands.
How it works
Initial Meeting
We will view your property and if suitable for both parties, we would offer you a guaranteed monthly rental value. Once agreed, we will provide you with a management agreement on a 3-5 year term.
Uplift
We would then give the property a cosmetic refurbishment to attract our desired high-end professional clients and furnish the property as necessary. Not only adding value to your property, but also giving you the reassurance that your asset with be returned to you well looked after.
Market
We then fill the property with our tenants and manage them over the full term of the management agreement.
End of agreement?
Either extend the contract, return the property to you in great condition, or we can purchase the property on an option agreement.
Who are we
SwiftSail Properties is a family run business, Lily Rawlings is working full time on the business and Harry Rawlings splits his time between SwiftSail, and his career in commodity brokering. Our aim is to provide a fantastic service to the landlords we work with, especially those that want a more hands off approach to managing their rental property and securing a guaranteed rental income.
